Chef B has been cooking since the age of eight years old. She remembers being in the kitchen with her mother and Grandmother's, the real master chefs, making Pasta , Churning Ice Cream and picking greens .Bridget knew at a early age that her passion for food and gift to serve people would one day make people happy.

Bridget Allen, affectionately known as Chef B, was born in Macon, Georgia and reared in Jacksonville, Fl. She attended Jean Ribault Sr. High class of 89 and furthering her studies at Shaw University, obtaining a bachelor's degree in 1993.

Chef B and her parents own an operated a snack bar and catering business for over 20 years. She vowed once she retired as an Officer that she would follow all her dreams of becoming a full-time owner operator of her own business.

After retiring 30 years with Jacksonville Sheriff Office as an Officer and the Event Coordinator at The Police Athletic League (PAL). Chef B is doing just that she has expanded her base of her company to provide personal chef and meal prep planning services just to name a few .Chef B has reconnected to her passion to cooking full-time since her retirement where she's committed to continue to provide quality food and excellent service to her city and community one dish at a time.
